RAD-AID is a U.S registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the laws of the United States and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the U.S Internal Revenue Service.

RAD-AID is incorporated in Delaware and a registered nonprofit in Maryland.  Donations from U.S. residents are tax deductible in accordance with U.S. tax rules and regulations. Please consult your tax advisor for details.

RAD-AID’s name (“RAD-AID International”), logo, and Radiology-Readiness materials are trademark protected under the laws of the United States.

Certain states require written disclosures for nonprofit organizations soliciting contributions. Individual state disclosures are below.
