With over 30 years of clinical experience in medical imaging, Dr. Lemessy has served in clinical academic, and philanthropy leadership roles, including Radiology Program Chair/ Director, She is also author contributing to the advancement of evidence-based radiology practice, education, and clinical innovation.

In addition to her professional and academic accomplishments, Dr. Lemessy is a devoted volunteer leader and philanthropist. Her service is rooted in strengthening healthcare systems through radiology outreach, and advocacy, with a strong focus on expanding access to high-quality diagnostic imaging services in underserved communities locally and globally.

Debbie Moss, RT(R)(M)

Debbie is a seasoned hands-on lead Mammographer and Radiologic Technologist with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She is a trusted and proven lead at Advanced Radiology, a teaching environment; providing quality operations, regulatory compliance, managerial & administrative support, and efficient workflows all while mentoring and training new technologists and conducting image reviews.

With over a decade at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland, Debbie’s experience includes specialized X-ray and Fluoroscopy imaging, personnel management, and optimized service delivery in a high-demand hospital environment. Her expertise is highly-recognized and respected as she consistently answered requirements of a fast-pace multi-departmental environment.

Debbie’s foundational medical experience is shaped by active-duty service in the United States Navy as a Medical Corpsman. Her attention to detail and vigorous efforts of service contributed to medical readiness, patient care, and in-clinic and field emergency response across various military installations, US and abroad. Debbie’s strong foundation of discipline for herself and others as both team-member and independent practitioner, ensured medical record accuracy, immunization programs, and auxiliary support for radiology departments wherever duty called.

Susan Cox Novak, RT(R)(M), RDMS

Susan Cox Novak is a highly accomplished technologist who has over 40 years of experience in medical imaging. She is registered in Radiography, Mammography and Ultrasound. Her primary focus is Ultrasound, where she has developed strong expertise across a wide range of diagnostic procedures. She has been employed in her current position for 34 years and has been the lead sonographer for over 25 years.

Susan is recognized for her technical skill, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses and positive patient outcomes. She has also volunteered her time internationally, helping train and support technologists in underserved communities.

In addition to her clinical work, she serves as a valuable resource, sharing her experience, training new colleagues, and helping maintain high standards in the field. Her long-standing dedication reflects both her professionalism and her passion for quality patient care.
