On November 7th and 8th, RAD-AID held its 12th annual RAD-AID Conference on Global Health Radiology for Low-Resource Regions & Medically Underserved Communities! This virtual edition of the conference brought together the RAD-AID community of leaders, volunteers, partners, and supporters from around the world.
Usually, RAD-AID Conference is hosted by the World Health Organization at the Pan American Health Organization Building in Washington DC. To strengthen our community and continue radiology capacity-building during this unprecedented time of pandemic and COVID-19 travel restrictions, RAD-AID 2020 was a virtual online event for presentations, networking, and team-building. The virtual edition of the RAD-AID Conference had over 500 registrants, with participants attending and presenting from across the globe!
